Some friends and I all have a bunch of D-Link DE-250CT's, which are NE2000 compatible. They all work fine under Linux. I had to use their setup program (under M$-DOS) to set the IRQ, I/O address, BNC, RJ-45, and a few other things. After that, yer set!
