Hello

I wanted to have UTF-8 support on my Debian Sarge, so I have followed a tutorial on how-to enable UTF-8 on Debian. It works in most cases, but I guess something is still missing, because I cannot view UTF-8 characters in web-pages if I view them on localhost. If I upload the pages on server then everything is fine. Even if in HTML code there is clearly marked that document is in UTF-8, the browser (FireFox and Konqueror) displays text in ISO-8859-1. If I want to see the text I must manualy select UTF-8 encoding.
How can I repair this?
