Hi there, Thanks for the links. Unfortunately the Debian-specific one is about using the Woody boot-floppies system as opposed to Sarge's d-i (which debootstrap seems to use the same approach as). It also refers to lilo instead of Grub, which I'm using. It has given me some ideas (at least of things I can Google for :-)) so I'll give it another go, time permitting, soon.
