Of course, you have to make sure you add a line in
/etc/apt/sources.list that includes testing and/or unstable and/or
experimental (alioth), then 'apt-get update'.  Then use 'apt-get
install kde/testing' to install kde-3.3.2 (or use aptitude, if you
prefer).
