Spam marker in headers of this list

I get some messages from this list that have the following line in the headers 
(it is only visible if you click on properties):
Subject: (No Subject) [Spam][89.4%]

Of course the percentage varies, but they invariably have the "No Subject" in 
the line.  Because of this, these messages (about 2% of the messages on this 
list) go into my Spam folder.  Why is this happening?  Do the list-owners 
monitor this?
