when i played a vcd wkaffeine, there is no sound. then i realised i have not build sound into the kernel. its my first time building audio into the kernel 2.6.8. my intelmotherboard tech ref shows that its audio system consists of the i82801EB and the Anaolog Devices AD1985 codec but these are not on the kernel config menu. what should i do?
