Nope, but ISPs have decided it's a good idea to start interfering with the intuitive and obvious use of their service by setting bizarre and ultimately futile restrictions like blocking port 25 or dropping mail on the floor based on some obscure, half-baked policy instead of hiring an administrator with a clue.
