Not likely. Red Hat and Debian have very different policies on configuration files. Some are standard (like the /etc/passwd, and so on). Others are different (like /etc/network/interfaces, for Debian). Your best bet is to setup a another server side by side, and do a hot swap and then reuse the Red Hat somewhere else. Failing that, consider partition the drive to leave the RedHat side in tact and then install Debian on the other part and transfer the content and configuration over one service at a time. -Roberto -- Roberto C.
