Comment out the
SET_DNS='yes'
in /etc/dhcpc/config
I haven't this path on my system because I am using dhclient:
/etc/dhcpc/config (usefull for dhcpc client)
But the solution proposed by Terri is working fine (using the supersede in dhclient.conf)
