anybody can ship anywhere ... customs just want *your taxid*

credit card fees, wire transfer fees, etc...
which sometimes is more than the cost of the machine itself
if you want CE/VCI/TUV/SA/etc... than 95% of the vendors that
sell 1Us are out of that "certified (expensive) box" market since most
systems are consumer-off-the-shelf-stuff and untested ( certified)
as an assembled unit
