Has it stopped working, or has it never worked? Have you checked that whatever method you use to try to run it is issuing the correct command (you might have a menu item marked 'Mozilla' that doesn't actually point to the browser)? What output do you get at the console if you try to run the browser from an xterm? Does removing the ~/.mozilla (back it up first!) directory help?
