Hy there all, Firstly I have to mention that I'm a begginer in Linux, C++ programming , Qt toolkit(as usual...) and life too(17 years old) :) I'm running Qt 3.0.3 on an Debian GNU/Linux box. The database server that i'm using is PostGreSQL 7 and I had configured it well(tested from other qt application that have been compiled some time ago). My problem appear when i'm try to make my project, and buid my executables; here i have to mention that the executables already compiled runs perfectly, because i adapted(copyed) them from an qt example. I provide you the whole code hopeing that you could help me. I also observed that if i try to make programs that have nothing but the int main() function in the main.cpp file, the make works perfectly. I've thinked that it is an error with my libraries, but i can compile files(make projects) that are dinamically created by uic(.cpp file resulted from forms made with Qt Designer). Now I'm really blured out about the source of my problem, and I decided to ask for help. Please help me. I don't know the rules of this mailing list, so I assumed that it would be more kindly to send the code and error files separate. So I have attached main.cpp, Makefile, book.ui, book.pro and the error msg as error.msg. Thank you.
