Subsystem sftp-server /usr/lib/sftp-server
When I restart sshd (sudo sshd), I get no errors, so I'm assuming this means the config file is fine.
I still can't sftp into the box though, same error as below...
Request for subsystem 'sftp' failed on channel 0 Couldn't read packet: Connection reset by peer
