The security pointers are useless until sarge becomes 'stable'.  Once
sarge becomes stable, they will provide security updates.

These will give you sid (unstable) not sarge (testing).  To upgrade to
sarge, you want something like this:

deb http://security.debian.org/ sarge/updates main
deb http://http.us.debian.org/debian sarge main contrib non-free
deb http://non-us.debian.org/debian-non-US sarge/non-US main contrib non-free
