Looking good, thanks for your contribution. One last remark for future reference: rather copy the original stuff to something like .orig and work on the real files than vice versa, it makes applying the patch easier (and thus more likely to occur). Ie. rather do it like | --- apt-0.5.27.orig/doc/apt-get.8.xml 2004-05-17 21:15:56.000000000 -0400 | +++ apt-0.5.27/doc/apt-get.8.xml 2004-08-20 13:29:47.000000000 -0400 instead of | --- apt-0.5.27/doc/apt-get.8.xml 2004-05-17 21:15:56.000000000 -0400 | +++ apt-0.5.27.patch/doc/apt-get.8.xml 2004-08-20 13:29:47.000000000 -0400 Cheers, Flo
