I don't know of a five minute one, and I don't know of an online
one, but I do have a recommendation for you.  I spent a year as
the finance manager of a small non-profit, and I had to learn this
stuff.  I found the Schaum's outline that used to be called
_Elementary Bookkeeping_ and now is called _Schaum's Outline of
Bookkeeping and Accounting_  (and not to be confused with their
similarly titled _Easy Outline of Bookkeeping and Accounting_)
to be really, really good.  I picked the stuff up very quickly.
