We'd like to create a Debian DVD (unstable or testing) for our Linux store. Is there a how-to anywhere for that (google didn't help)?
Go here: http://www.debian.org/CD/jigdo-cd/
Scroll down a bit, until you get to the "Official images" section. There you'll see the following:
Official jigdo files for the "testing" distribution on DVD (all architectures, regenerated weekly).
Click on the link. Choose your architecture (i386, ia64 or powerpc). Download the jigo files, and the jigdo templates. Then use the following command:
jigdo-lite <jigdo filename>
You can specify a location for packages you already have, or jigdo will download them all from the mirror you specify.
wait.
After several hours, depending on your bandwidth to the mirror, you'll have a DVD iso. Burn this to a DVD.
enjoy.
