it involves "pinning".
edit the  preferences  file to accomplis this. use pin-Priority higher than
1001 to pin all to testing.
This is a quick draft:

Package: *
Pin: release a=testing
Pin-Priority: 1001

then run apt-get upgrade

man 5 apt_preferences should help you also
