    Lots of good up front common sense checks in there.  An 3 bad ones:
        # Blackhole lists
        reject_rbl_client relays.ordb.org,
        reject_rbl_client list.dsbl.org,
        reject_rbl_client sbl-xbl.spamhaus.org,

    I'm of the opinion that RBL checks should provide weight to the argument
that a particular message should be rejected but not be sole test which can
pass or fail a message.
