I'm currently using Aria, I'm not sure with the rest package I've mentioned above since I've never try it yet.

With aria, files larger than 2GB, total file size reports only 2.0 GB.

another alternative ( again----which I hasn't try yet ) : Caitoo, QuickDownloader, Downloader for X .....or
try to search packages on apt networking/www section.
