Hi there. I'm new to debian. I came from Suse and, latest, gentoo, but I got tired of waiting for compiling EVERYTHING. ;-)
I've installed foomatic-db-hpijs(I presume that it's the right package) to make my hp photosmart 7150 working: # aptitude install foomatic-db-hpijs I restarts cupsys, but the driver is not in the list, only 2 photosmart printers. What am i doing wrong? I've found a XML file /usr/share/foomatic/db/source/printer/HP-PhotoSmart_7150.xml. Has that file something to do with it?
