I have some boxes with debian 3.0r2 running as kiosk with galeon as browser. The site that the kiosk-box shall serve is interactive. and I would like to have the cursor in a certain line as default by startup. When galeon has executed, one has to either click with mouse on the wanted line, or strike 7 TABs.
Is it possible to call TAB strikes from the .xsession file, after
galeon is executed, to place the cursor on wanted line?
That isn't something you should do in .xsession. Why don't you make that page the homepage for the browser and use JavaScript to put the focus at the line you want? That is asuming this page is under your control.
