Thanks to everybody. I was trying to get answer from japanese mailing list. The result is that I can use vesa driver (1280x1024, 16 bit) for GeForce4 MX 440. For me it is enough to use X-Window (I don't need Open-GL etc.). If I use backports.org I'm afraid there will be dependency problems in future.
