Install sarge on notebook, but no binary driver for nic

i have bought an used notebook, pII 400, 256 RAM, for me good enough, 
the nb has only an cd-rom drive.
now i want to install debian sarge on this notebook.
i dont want to download the hugh amount of cd-roms from sarge, so i 
decided to use net-install.
ive downloaded the netinstall iso and burn it an cd-rw. the notebook 
boots from this cd-rw so far. but it cannot find any driver for my 
pcmcia networkcard (Allnet ALL0142+). It seems the driver ist not 
available von this cd. on the allnet website is a source package for 
this nic, so is must build an binary from the source package to use this 
in some way with the net-install cd.

has anyone some tips, tutorials, docs how to use debian sarge net 
installer with my netcard, or a way to load the driver ??
