My /etc/network/interfaces is:

auto lo
iface lo inet loopback

auto eth0
iface inet static
        address 212.42.106.27
        netmask 255.255.255.248
        network 212.42.106.24
        broadcast 212.42.106.31
        gateway 212.42.106.25
----------------------------
I'm sure the addresses I use above are correct.
But I still can't ping 212.42.106.27 (which is ala-too.com).
As a network card I use BCM5703 Gigabit Ethernet.
Are there any methods to check what's the problem???
