I agree with the warnings listed above, as an aside if you don't do it already use a MTA with per user access controls such as Postfix2 or Exim4 that way you can filter most accounts at varying levels of paranoia while keeping addresses such as postmaster unfiltered as a way in for any legitimate mail wrongly blocked.
