Dear sirs; Please I need help. All of a sudden my printer Deskjet 880C serial number MY93f110ZM will print only in red ink. Ran out of black so have replaced with new cartridge TRied two different ones and still just red printing. Have replaced cartridge many times in the past without this problem.
