I'm sorry I don't quite understand the framebuffer, so I can't tell you 
what the "correct" answer is, but I always answer "no". If your system 
needs it, you can change it later (probably with "dpkg-reconfigure 
xserver-xfree86", or by editing the /etc/X11/XF86Config-4 file by hand, 
which is not recommended, as it'll break the functionality of the 
dpkg-reconfigure method).

2nd Question.
   Inorder to enable ordinary users to use SVGA
consol graphics usualy considered to be security
hazard.
  Do yu want to install gnuplot setuid root.

 Please give tell me what i can to do here. Install
gnuplot or not?

This isn't asking if you want to install gnuplot; it's asking if you 
want to install gnuplot in the "setuid" manner. I almost always answer 
"no" when asked if a program should be installed setuid. On a system 
with just a few users, you can give the users the appropriate access to 
the program via sudo, which is my preferred way of doing things. You 
probably want to read up on "setuid" and on "sudo". But for now, just 
answer "no" and realize that non-root users won't be able to use gnuplot 
for now.


3rd Question: 
  Mozila now support TrueType font.

Generally, "yes".
4th question:
   the i faced another question about Mozila and it
was (some times mozila hangs since plugin (e.g.
FlashPlugins lock you can use dsp wrapper to resolve
it.

I always choose "auto", unless I have no sound system, in which I might 
choose "none". The wrapper basically allows different programs to access 
the sound card at the same time; otherwise if you have an .ogg file of 
your favorite band playing and then your browser hits a Flash-enabled 
site that plays music, the two apps start fighting over which gets to 
use the sound card.

5th question:
   Net i got about key board.
  Configure XServer-XFree86

pleae help me what kind of option me should select?
 if i have (PS2 keyboard) then what option should me
selected? if i have (USB key Board) then what kind of
option selected?

If you have a standard American-style PC keyboard (most anything you'd 
buy off the shelf at CompUSA or get with a Dell or Gateway), "pc104" is 
probably a safe answer. If you have a laptop keyboard or some other 
"weird" keyboard, you might have to choose a different style in order 
for your keys to behave as you expect.
