Er, do you mean `why _doesn't_ this directory exist for sid and sarge?' If so, then it's probably because they don't have working boot disks yet (maybe they're waiting for debian-installer?). If you want to install sid or sarge, use the woody disks, or, better still, help test debian-installer. -rob
