i'm confused whether SMP working or not according to the upper messages.
my server is DELL PE1750 with two p4 Xeon 2.8GHz CPU supporting Intel HT .
i had reconpiled kernel-2.4.25 supporting SMP.
i think the top message should display 4 CPU lines(because of HT),but not.
my kernel-2.4.25 is downloaded from the site http://oregonstate.edu/~kveton/debian/ .
