I'm using XMMS with my SBLive, kernel 2.4.19-ck10 with some ALSA release (no idea which one, but I imagine it's fairly close to the lateste CVS). I'm not using the ALSA plugin tho, I'm using OSS emulation. Works fine with everything I've tried. ALSA even seems to be a bit less noisy than the OSS drivers were. Have you tried OSS emulation? -rob
