However, there does not seem to be a 0.14.3 version of subversion-tools only one related to the 3397 snapshot. In particular the script "svn_load_dirs.pl" refered to in the handbook for importing directories or vendor updates is within this tools package and but the package cannot be loaded with the 0.14.3 main package.
