Hello,

Just got my OmniFlash Uno reader for Sony memsticks. Doesn't work and
scanning through the google archives didn't help me out.

'cat /proc/scsi/scsi' gives me
        Attached devices:
        Host: scsi0 Channel: 00 Id: 00 Lun: 00
          Vendor: SONY Model: CD-ROM CDU5211 Rev: YYS7
Type: CD-ROM ANSI SCSI revision: 02
        Host: scsi0 Channel: 00 Id: 01 Lun: 00
          Vendor: PLEXTOR Model: CD-R PX-W2410A Rev: 1.04
Type: CD-ROM ANSI SCSI revision: 02
so the usb device is not being seen.

'lsmod' gives:
Module Size Used by Not tainted
        ide-scsi 7488 0

'modprobe usb-uhci' results in:
        /lib/modules/2.4.18-bf2.4/kernel/drivers/usb/usb-uhci.o: init_module: No such
device
Hint: insmod errors can be caused by incorrect module parameters, including
invalid IO or IRQ parameters.
You may find more information in syslog or the output from dmesg
        /lib/modules/2.4.18-bf2.4/kernel/drivers/usb/usb-uhci.o: insmod
/lib/modules/2.4.18-bf2.4/kernel/drivers/usb/usb-uhci.o failed
        /lib/modules/2.4.18-bf2.4/kernel/drivers/usb/usb-uhci.o: insmod usb-uhci failed

Can anyone help me with this, please?

Joh
