What did you do to have it output sound? Any errors? esd is a sound server. In order to use it a program must connect to the sound server - it must be aware of esd; i.e. you must configure it to use esd. You may start the program via the esddsp wrapper in order to attempt re-routing sound output through esd (instead of the real device which esd already occupies). -- Claudio Bley ASCII ribbon campaign (") Debian GNU/Linux advocate - against HTML email X http://www.cs.uni-magdeburg.de/~bley/ & vCards / \ -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
