Where did you get the gdm2 package? I don't even see it in experimental
yet. If you got sources from somewhere else, try (totally untested -
maybe write to maintainer first?) changing the version dependency on PAM
to the sid version. IIRC, I got the sources and compiled to .deb
locally some months ago, and had no problem running against the PAM from
unstable, but I didn't have to do any hacking on debian/control, either
- the dependencies were fine as is. Sadly, I uninstalled and dumped the
.deb, otherwise I could just send it to you.
