I don't have netenv either, but I'd guess it could be reconfigured with 
"dpkg-reconfigure netenv", and that there might be a reconfiguration 
option to bypass this question. Alternatively, you could uninstall 
netenv with "apt-get remove --purge netenv" (assuming you want to purge 
any configuration files as well as remove the package).
