I'm in console mode 99% of the time, and I like the default keyboard repeat speed that is set when the machine boots up. But if I 'startx' and then exit back to console mode again, the key repeat speed is quite slower. I looked at 'stty' and 'setterm', but neither of them seems to be able to change this. Does anyone know what program I must use?
