Press 'E' to get your newly created message with complete HEADER info and bedit any parts with your editor. Folding on is controlled by your editor setting. This is good way to add special header, or add In-Reply-To: ... to the message gained from web. Also useful filing bug to debian when you want to do CC to others from BTS.
