Så vitt jag kan minnas så ska samtliga dessa kunna köras genom att man gör
cat fil.iso > /dev/sdX
där sdX är ditt USB-minne.
Men uninetbootbin som nämnts är annars ett bra nyckelord, jag är i alla
lägen en väldigt dålig källa till hjälp på ämnet för jag har aldrig kört
via USB =)
