För att ställa in dessa till sv_SE.UTF-8 var jag tvungen att köra
locale-gen och sedan dpkg-reconfigure locales. För sv_SE.UTF-8, gör
följande:
locale-gen sv_SE.UTF-8
dpkg-reconfigure locales
