https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/openssl-ibmca came up as bug of the day. I'd volunteer to migrate it to Debian team on Salsa (or does it make sense to create a s390-team space for packages that are useful only there?), upgrade to the latest upstream - but we need to proceed in the same manner as s390-tools that you test and confirm it works.
