Actually, I think there is a genuine race condition here: see the merge
request linked above.
I don't know why 2.86.0-3 fails this when 2.86.0-2 succeeded.
Still no idea what has changed to make this reproducibly fail on the
s390x buildd, or why it only rarely fails on the s390x porterbox...
