Попробовал по первому пути, перегрузился в винду, не отключается никак диск, сколько извиняюсь не дрочился. Перегрузился в Debian - смонтировался, несмотря на то, что не отключился в винде. Так что вроде бы проблема решилась сама, но причина ее непонятна.
