It seems from other reports that this stems from a mix of versions (5.17 and 5.19 or even 5.20). I cannot reproduce this on a current up to date unstable system with plasma 5.20.4 completely updated. Can you please reconfirm whether this is still an issue with current Plasma from unstable.
