Error kleopatra install

Good day!
There is no vlc package in the list of packages for installing kleopatra, and 
when installing kleopatra, the vlc-data packages vlc-plugin-base 
vlc-plugin-video-output are installed.
This is alarming!
Especially the vlc-plugin-video-output installation.
When trying to uninstall vlc-plugin-video-output after installation, the 
Cleopatra program is uninstalled.
Please remove vlc-data vlc-plugin-base vlc-plugin-video-output when installing 
kleopatra
