This is a valid bug, and we will update dependencies of qt*-dev packages. However please note that in most cases, you don't need to build anything against qtbase5-gles-dev. Unless your package is using some OpenGL ES specific functions, you can build it against qtbase5-dev and then it will be installable with libqt5*-gles. If your local system has libqt5gui5-gles installed, you can build packages in a clean chroot that does not have it. -- Dmitry Shachnev
