Message appears "The settings of the current module have changed" which is
wrong.
Also happens with other system settings.

Hi Boris,
this bug was raised against old and now unsupported versions of KDE / Plasma
and Debian.
Testing on a current version of Debian with Plasma 5 I cannot reproduce this
issue so I’m closing the bug report.
Feel free to reopen with more recent details if you can still reproduce this
issue.
