Dear Maintainer,
Start with a clean installation of debian 7.6
Try to install of kde-full 5:84 from jessie -> lot of errors:
- packages broken
- locales does not work properly during the installation
- kio-http error in kontact
- problems with https
(do not remember all errors)
By performing the same steps but with dist-upgrade results in the same behaviour
Starting from debian 8 beta works but these could be a problem for future
migration from Debian 7 to 8
