thank you for your bug report. I confirm I reproduce the bug. This is due to the Konsole package not shipping /etc/xdg/konsole.knsrc which is required for the new stuff functionality to work. @qt-kde team, the patch is a one-liner in konsole.install but I’m not sure it qualifies for an unblock as we’re in deep freeze.
