Bug #639455 is quite old, and most probably things changed since that. Also, you change the bug directly without leaving a comment on - the exact problems you faced - whether the issue is so problematic to justify the severity to grave - whether you reported the issue upstream (since kdevelop in Debian is basically unpatched) I reverted your changes -- please write your comments to the bug, by emailing to 639...@bugs.debian.org, to let maintainers know about your feedback on this old bug.
